It is a part of Professional Development plan in order for a teacher to grow professionally by carrying our action plan and conducting small research at a local level. The plan includes the identification of an issue or an area of concern, presenting the statement of intent, discussion on the procedures to be followed in the course of the action plan, specifying the time frame and the outcome of the exercise. The teachers have selected various different fields of study and plan to adopt diverse ways to tackle their issues. It was a very informative and an eye opening session and the resources they have pooled in are invaluable. A word of appreciation to all the teachers for your planning part now the actual hard work begins.............Let's go for it.
