One of them is Action Research which can be done by an individual teacher or a group of teachers. Action Research is a very beneficial tool but it consumes lots of time to conduct. Nevertheless the result it produces will be very effective in addressing the core of any issue.

A group of enegetic science teachers from Science Department TCV school Choglamsar, Leh had undertaken one action on the “ Why students perform poorly in science subject”. Their project was done as Teacher Professional Development colloborative program for the 2017 academic year.

They have followed all the processes invilved in carrying out an effective action research. Not only that, they have submitted the final suggestions and recommendation for all concerned.

For the sake of sharing, I am  uploading their final power point presentation.
